A ₹1.5 crore cheque. You keep the majority and stay CEO.
We write a ₹1.5 crore cheque to every founder we take, for a minority stake. The split is the same for all 10 in a cohort. No side deals.
80% with the founder 20% with SPLIT
You keep 80%. Majority ownership, and the CEO seat, stay yours.
SPLIT takes 20%. A minority stake, so our upside is your upside.
The exact terms are revealed in full during selection, then formalised on Day 1. Identical for every founder in the room.
